With Apple screwing around with plugs once again, this cord saved me a lot of money!The new iPad comes with a “C” type charger both in the device and the wall.Not to be confused with the iPhone 11 that has a regular charger for the phone that goes to a C wall charger. They are making us crazy with all of the different cords we need!!!I had lots of USB wall chargers from past iPhones and iPads. So imagine my surprise when I realized I would need extra cords AND C wall chargers for the new iPad. ?It took a while but I finally found this cord. I was worried because it was the first one I came across… no other options. We can now chargers on the computer, the USB charging plug, or the USB ports we have in some sockets.The cord is perfect! A flat cord that is very flexible and charges fast!These appear to be of excellent quality. I like the flat design to run out from under my center console lid. These come with nice reusable Velcro straps.Cables are flat but a little thicker than the rubber flat ones and some extra protection where tip attaches to cable . It seems sturdy and flexible and fits securely. It has a velcro loop to keep it wrapped. But both are very slow to charge to charge IPad Air and IPad. Doesn’t live up to claims of fast charge even using fast wall chargers. Thus the 3 stars.Purchase these to keep on hand for the grandkids iPads. They seem to go through them like water. For some reason some will last months while others will only last a few times use. They are flexible, which is needed for the kids. I have had other long cords that have not charged quickly but this one is performing well.I have used the cord for several weeks now. Having a tendency for my charging cords to split, I am happy to have happened upon this sturdier cord. Problem solved...highly recommend.
