These are 3d printed so there is some variation in their sizing. Which is a bit annoying, but is offset by no longer having to use Sony's official insecure floating horizontal stand, which is in everyway the worst stand ever made.Sony's stand in horizontal orientation is just a floating stand, so the PS5 can easily shift when connecting or disconnecting cables, if you bump or breath on it, look at it, or even think about it.I have all my consoles in a server rack, and I had an issue with the PS5 moving even when fiddling with other components, which is the reason I bought these skates from glistco.With the skates attached you have a little bit of storage underneath the PS5, I keep a couple of remotes there out of the way but easily found when I rarely use them.The skates just slide on the ends of the plates, and are very secure when compared to the floating horizontal stand.I am using these with the original dbrand plates released before Sony sued them, and before dbrand reengineered their 2.0 versions. These skates will work with the standard PS5 plates, and glistco own plates. I saw a review say that these work with dbrand 2.0 plates but I can't confirm that. Dbrands new N64 see through colour plates make me want to find out though.Some reviews seem confused about getting two left pieces, glistco only manufacturs two variations. The right piece is specific to the disk drive PS5, otherwise you get two left pieces when ordering the digital version. The reason for this is the digital PS5 is symmetricalish, and the PS5 disc protrudes on one end.These skates are an excellent, and secure stand alternative, and I recommend them if you prefer your PS5 in horizontal orientation the way that I do.
