Honestly, this is a great alternative to the original Mic that came with my headset. The complaint I have is the build quality. This is my second purchase of this product (Because I do like it), but the item did not last long (about 5 months). For the price point, I do feel that it is a good deal.Good build quality, works out of the box as you would expect.I couldn't get it to work for the longest time. Turns out I just had plugged in to the controller which gave me game sounds, but not mic. Once I read the directions finally and turned my bose headset on, it works great. Using this with XboxBad connection in the wire by the jack. Had to jiggle it around for it to work right out of the box. The microphone also picks up radio stations. My friend said the sound is better than my built in computer's mic.The quality was cheap and the audio was terrible. It stopped working after a week and it's uncomfortableAfter a month and a half of using this mic with my Bose headphones it broke, poorly made and it also messed up the sound because it was broken.I bught this microphone several days ago - the sound it's terrible and with the second use it's brokenIf you don't want to waste your money don't bought itThis product worked as advertised but their build quality is horrible. I used this product exactly 3 times before it completely disintegrated. Definitely would not recommend.
