My son broke one of the joysticks on his Nintendo Switch Lite. Rather than go through the hassle of taking his switch apart and hoping I would successfully replace the broken joystick, I bought this controller as a replacement. He loves the controller. The only thing is I didn’t read the description as well as I should have and didn’t realize you need a USB C adapter to work with the cord if you’re using this for the Switch Lite. Make sure you do that.It didn't work at first but after this steps it worked, if the left analog doesn't work reset again.1. Make sure your controller is unplugged from the Switch dock.2. Press and hold the down button from the D-Pad3. Connect the controller cable to the Switch dock4. Let go of the down button from the D-Pad5. Press A button once6. Rotate both analog sticks 4 times (Clockwise)7. Press the down button from the D-PadLet's see how it holds upLet me preface by saying this is a great controller for the price. It is about as barebones as you can get, offering switch pro controller button inputs and nothing extra (no rumble, motion controls, or amiibo support). The sticks, buttons, and triggers feel good, but the D-pad is mushy and wobbly so I would not recommend for any games that primarily use D-pad controls. The ergonomics of the controller are definitely designed for kids or people with smaller hands. Overall, I think this would make for a pretty lackluster primary controller, but due to the quality to price ratio, it is one of the best options if you need an extra controller for occasional local multiplayer.My son was and is very happy with his controller and now wants more games.A mi hijo le encantóFeels sturdy in the hands, buttons feel responsive the downsize is this controller is small.
