I have both a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and Xbox controller and was curious about how this one by Funlab would would measure up. I've been wanting a controller in a different color and had seen this one, and thought it was so cute. When I received this controller and began testing it out, I was pleasantly surprised. The weight is comparable to an Xbox controller and the body has a smooth, matte finish to it. The handles felt ergonomic and I was able to easily reach the controls.I used the controller both on my Switch and PC!For Nintendo Switch:Connecting was very easy, just needed to press Y and Home as noted in the instruction manual. There was no noticeable lag in the controller. My only critique is that I wish the home button would wake up the Switch from sleep mode, however the instruction manual also noted that this was not possible.UPDATE: I reached out to FunLab regarding the wake up function and they informed me that there is wake up function for the newer version of this controller which they already released. However the one I was sent does not have this function, and realized that there still must be old controllers in stock at the Amazon warehouse.For PC:I used it both with the USB cable and Bluetooth and did not observe any noticeable difference. I did not notice any lag. I did have some trouble connecting it via Bluetooth but realized that even though my Xbox controller was off, I had to unpair it from my PC before this pro controller would connect. My only critique in this area is that I wish the instruction manual had PC connection instructions.Overall I'm quite happy with this controller and I would purchase other products from Funlab!This controller has been really great to use so far. I have it in black and it love the simple and sleek design. It is great to hold in my hands for long gaming sessions on my switch or quick play sessions too. The rumble is strong which can help for certain switch games during gameplay but can be turned off in switch settings too for people who prefer not to have this setting on. My other pro-controller does not have rumble so this a great feature to have on this one. It feels slightly heavier in my hands than my other controllers but the weight is not distracting or problematic. It still makes for an enjoyable experience playing with this controller. It has switch the wake-up function, which is use by holding down the home button. It works to turn my switch on when it’s off docked or not and connected to the TV. It also has a turbo button which is a feature I don’t personally have use for but some might like to have. Pairing the controller is very easy to do with the switch with the sync button on the back of the controller. It comes with easy to use instructions and a charging USB type-C cable. The only downside I can think of is that my current choice of thumb grabs do not fit on this controller.Good controller for me.It can fit my hand perfectly and match my Nintendo switch. I was a bit hesitant at first but I would like to say it exceeded my expectations. The turqoise color is really beautiful. And the feeling of the controller is good. The amount of weight when holding the controller is appropriate. It is matte on the outside, so it will not slide easily when I am playing. It made playing games a lot easier and comfortable for me.It can connect to both my switch and PC. Just follow the user guide and it can connect easily. (It needs to be said that their user guide are very simple and easy to understand.) It can both wireless connect and wired connect. But the wireless connection is only for bluetooth-enabled PC, which means that if your PC do not have the bluetooth function, you need to get a bluetooth adapter to connect it to your PC.And it is also able to adjust the vibration settings! It can really work because I like to adjust the vibration accroding to different games.I absolutely love this controller, it works great from the feel and look to the performance!I have to say I was completely shocked opening this controller and how great the quality was! I’ve spent $50 plus dollars on controllers that did not feel half as good as this one. Fresh out the box the controller is nice and weighted but not too heavy. Comes with simple clear to instructions and comes with a cord to charge or connect to your laptop. The charger is a type c which I love since some controllers are still using the micro usb. This controller is great for gaming on my laptop. Sometimes the controls are hard on there so I loved being able to play Stardew valley on my pc nice and smoothly. I also connected it to my switch which was also a quick and easy process. The extra control button’s definitely helped make competitive games a lot more fun. I definitely recommend this controller! It’s nice to hold, notToo heavy or light. Buy it!I can never find controlers like these because they always make them too big and I have trouble reaching the buttons. However I saw these and wanted to try them out because they looked a little different than most. And boy was I right! They fit in my hand perfectly and the quality is so NICE. It also plugs into my pc which is a HUGE plus for me since I stream a lot with pc games. I really like these. The feel, the quality, and multi purpose use make it a really good choice. For more specific points:For Nintendo Switch:Connecting was really easy as it suggested in the instruction manual. There was no noticeable lag in the controller as gameplay seemed similar to the attached controllers. Any questions I had the manual said it all.For PC:I used it both with the USB cable and Bluetooth and they both worked perfectly. I did have some trouble connecting it via Bluetooth but after some trial and error with simple instructions i got it down! Also there was no lag when playing both plugged in and Bluetooth.Overall I'm really happy with this controller for its size and quality and I would most likely purchase other products from Funlab!First of all, the colour of this controller is absolutely gorgeous. Secondly, it's weighed and feels like a high-end controller. I connected it to my switch by plugging it into the dock, and after the initial pairing it links up really easily. The only thing to remember is to press Y and the home button together if you want to connect it. It comes with a USB charger, which you can also use to charge your switch. Overall, incredibly pleased with this product and highly recommend it.EDIT: I liked it so much I now own it in turquoise and the pink pattern.The pink controller is absolutely adorable and would definitely recommend it. It’s weighted, is comfortable to hold, and feels very high end.I was considering paying over double the price for a Nintendo pro controller because I'm usually worried about quality control of third party products, but I have been blown away at the quality of this controller! The joysticks are smooth, the buttons give a very satisfying feel, and the entire unit just feels solid and great in my hands. I'll definitely be buying more of these!My only complaints are that you cannot wake up your Switch with this controller, and the English instructions were completely out of order in the instruction book. That being said, neither of these are enough to warrant removing a star in the rating on such a great productFeels good in the hands, material feels like a decent quality for the price. The color matches the Animal Crossing switches, so good for those with that theme.All the buttons feel good and are laid out well.The "sync" button combination (pressing Home + Y) should be documented someone on the controller, as that part required I look at the manual.The joystick tops also feel a bit "slippery" to me, but even the Nintendo joycons suffer from that. They're just not as easy to hold at an angle as say an Xbox controller, could just be me.This remote is true to what it says on the product description.Very comfortable, good size, sturdy and quality is great. For its price you cannot go wrong with this.Have used this many times now and found no issues. Easy to pair the first time and repeat pairing is automatic. Much better than the original joycons. Battery life is as what it says. Never did it loose connection during use. Turbo feature is also great.This is a great buy, I have purchased 3 others previously from other brands and were complete waste of money.No cons so far. Will update this review if ever I will have in the long run, but has been so far very good.Highly recommended, you can’t go wrong with this. Quite hard to find good cheaper options, but this is the one that is great quality at a reasonable price.It has a little bit of weight and feels sturdy.Tried holding the Y + home button to connect to switch for the first time per instruction but it didnt connect so did the usb method ,wireless connection has been working well after swtich has registered the controller though so all good. UPDATE: there's an software update of the controller that's improving the connection.The buttons feels way better vs. some cheaper controller I got from another shop before but then this is way cheaper than the official ones.
