I was looking for a longer cord than normal, honestly, for no other reason than I had a 10-foot cord and I'm spoiled and didn't want to go back to the 3-foot or 5-foot that are pretty standard. My previous 10-footer befell an ill fate at the hands, or should I say paws of my furry little assassin in his training regimen, so I came here to find a suitable replacement that would stand up to him. The length was great - I like the even longer cord. They fit really well into the charging port, they're braided type cords and the ends where they would break or have issues are well reinforced but still enough they're flexible. They both fit the bill perfectly. They were packaged really well. Often I order a cord or computer cable and it shows up in a sealed bag, but these were in a box, neatly bound with small rubber bands (which the orange furry blaze of energy has since run off with). Oh, I almost forgot to mention - THEY'RE BLUE!!!! For some reason, that mattered to me at the time. The price point was really good too and showed up ahead of schedule. Overall I'm happy. And for those wondering - the cat has moved onto a shoestring to fight with, so looks like my life took a turn for the better since I bought these.Update: of my recent pair, the one that I use from my nightstand to my phone gave out after 4 months - but in those 4 months, I've pinched it repeatedly in the nightstand drawers and between the nightstand and my bed frame, hauled the phone off the floor dozens of times, and used it for several hours a day.... and the Samsung charging port is finicky, so it's not surprising it eventually started to have trouble sustaining connection, right around the same time the "bionic tail" bit broke off from the rest of the plug (as with the last time I broke one). At less than $6 and with how I abused it, and seeing as the other one (which is used for a portable speaker I keep on a hook, so I rarely mess with it) is still perfectly fine, I can't complain. Just gonna buy another pair!original review: This is the second or third time I've bought cords from this company (as I've needed various lengths and plug types). They're one of only two brands I have knowingly repurchased or would, and I will buy them over cheaper brands up to about 2x cost because they're so much better made.These have a real nylon braided exterior that's tough and tightly woven (not a fake coating with texture or overly soft nylon), and prior cords from this brand have held up even to a wire-chewing cat.More importantly, the "bionic" design at the junction of the cord and the plug bit holds up longer than any other design I've seen for this junction. Even when I eventually broke one after *much* use and abuse (jerked, stepped on, etc), the part on the cord tore off the main bulk of it, but the bit that went up on the plug was still fine. That spot going is the usual reason I have to replace a cord, and when most others fail at that spot, they become uncomfortable when holding the phone with it charging, or even allow shocks! so this is a design feature that really keeps them usable way longer.10 ft is quite long, btw - this length is really only suited for when you want to be able to plug in at one end/corner of a queen/king bed or large sofa and be able to use your phone plugged in at the opposite one, or hang a bluetooth speaker high off the floor. For charging on the go from a power bank, or from a computer, either 3 or 6 is far better. Still, each cord comes with a Velcro-type cable wrap that slides on over the C type end, so you can bundle it up for travel or storage, or bundle partially to control extra length, and the wrap doesn't get lost when you unwrap it.This is the second time I've ordered this kind of cable. The last one lasted about 2.5 years, with pretty heavy use.Pros:Cable is fairly thick and resistant to damage.Looks and feels well made.Cons (if you can call them that):USB-C plug became looser and looser over time. I can feel a clear difference between the old and the new one when I plug it into the phone. It's definitely a case of the plug wearing out and not the socket in the phone.Wires broke internally near or inside the strain relief at the end of its life.Cable is a bit too stiff for my preferences.-----However, I can't expect too much from a cable with as much use as I put it though at this price point, and 2.5y seems like a reasonable lifespan, which is why I ordered the same kind again.I bought this back in April 2021 and I came back September 2022 to leave a review on how good this thing is. I gave the second wire it came with to my cousin and honestly I still don't need that second wire. This thing is fkn durable..I am not a gentle person. My family calls me bear. I'm clumsy and don't do things with grace. I have tugged on this, tripped on it, scrunched and stuffed it in a bag, etc and this thing still charges mf fast, AND there's no rips anywhere. It still charges as good as the day it was delivered and the length is honestly perfect for most situations. Not too little that ur tugging but not too long that it's everywhere. Best fkn wire dude hands down. If u were looking before, look no further. Little red wires my belovedI've bought these charging cords twice because they are great for traveling. Charging is good with these. They are very durable, and don't crimp or break at the end connection at the phone port. I have enough for both myself and my husband. I have several in different rooms of our home, as well as in our 'go bags'.Had a Disneyland trip scheduled. Everything is app based now a days. We've since upgraded our phones so our old portable chargers weren't compatible with the new cords from our phones. This cord helped the old batteries be compatible with the new phones. USB B to USB C. And we can use these cords on our new couches to charge our phones too.I really like these charging cords. They are fast and come in various lengths. The only problem I have is the bumb out. It interferes with my ability to charge my phone in the case. Some of the cables have the bump out and some of them do not. If you are looking for charging cables and have a waterproof/dustproof case make sure you pay attention to the structure of the charging cable.Es buen producto, para carga de alta velocidad.
