We could no longer accurately read the temperature on our old unit. I decided to replace this 10 minutes before my wife needed to use the Traeger, of coarse. Grab a phillips, or the screw gun, wire clippers to cut the cable ties holding the wire bundles together, 3 or 4 new cable ties, some spray cleaner, and a few rags. Everything is plug and play, but there are a bunch of plugs. My problem was that there was a lot of soot/grease build up inside that I couldn't tell what color the existing wires were to match up to the new, but even at that, it's was pretty hard to go wrong. I fired the stove up before putting it completely back together just to make sure it worked. Success! Wrapped the bundles back together and bound with new cable ties and completed install. Looks like a brand new Traeger (I will admit that I power washed it & painted it the weekend before, lol).
