Professional Coaxial Camera Controller for CCTV Security Systems - HD Video Surveillance & Remote Monitoring for Home & Business Security

I had five issues with the product/support:(1) The Up-the-coax Coaxitron data has the high data bits ("1" bits) inserted beforethe start bit. This does not match other Coaxitron products I've seen.The SPC-300 also does not work with the cameras I tried that were known to workwith Coaxitron data.(2) To change among the serial protocols, the manual says to downloadinformation from the web. The USB driver and the iic files withthe actual protocol information are available on the web. But thereis no utility, program or instructions that actually will uploadthe iic file. So I could not change to the other protocol sets.(3) I tried to find out if both PAL and NTSC are supported for the up-the-coaxCoaxitron data to no avail.(4) Several phone calls to the Samsung Techwin support site went unanswered.They never returned a single phone call.(5) The "SEND" button on Samsung Techwin online form did nothing, sothere was no way to get support via the web.
