They're not worth the money. They started to break apart with moderate use. The bits would end up in the controller, which caused massive issues. I had to take my controller apart to clean it the flakes.Love them!!! It’s great being able to choose from 3 diff strengths. I’m always a pusher on WZ so I have to be on my feet all the time i found the orange one pairs well with highest sensitivity . It’s all about experimenting tho so good luck :)I have had issues with how light and sensitive the Xbox One controller joysticks have been (especially the elite series 1) and wanted to get stiffer springs but didnt have the skills to desolder the thumbsticks and reinstall stiffer springs. I found these and they work amazing! It took a match or 2 to get used to but my aim has improved greatly.It really added no value to gameplayThey are the rightish size just they degrade really quickCombined with kontrol freeks, I can run my sticks at level 20(insane) on COD easily. Just wondering how long they'll last and they're a little pricey for what is essentially pennies worth of material.As a PC FPS player for years I was extremely frustrated when I switched to console. I finally bought these for my PS3 and I was able to double my kill rate, snipe moving targets, and outgun people for the first time. Note: you do need to up your sensitivity settings a bit.I use these on the Astro C40. Gives good resistance without interfering with normal functions. Tried this brand after popping a few sets precision rings. No problems yet.
